tartFor the Food Issue of PRINT Magazine (July/August 2009), Louise used the studio kitchen to make her favorite summer confection, a plum and pine nut crostata. Here is one of the out-takes of the photo shoot by Ian Allen, along with a close-up of the finished product only moments before it was devoured by the staff.
